Sales Representative
Loan Alliance, Inc. is a Tennessee-based company offering innovative lead solutions to connect financial service providers with their unique target market. We’re seeking a Sales Representative to provide the highest-quality service to our clients and consumers across multiple websites under the Loan Alliance brand.
We seek a true professional who will generate successful client leads and grow current client relationships! The successful candidate will provide the highest client service to potential, new, and current clients. Additionally, the candidate will actively work within the Loan Alliance team to grow the business as a whole.
Applicants must be self-motivated with the ability to provide top-notch client service. The Sales Representative will work in collaboration with various departments.
Responsibilities:
- Deal directly with clients by telephone or email in promoting Loan Alliance’s products and services
- Develops new prospects and interacts with existing clients to increase sales of products and/or services
- Serve as liaison between clients and various company departments
- Professional documentation of client contact, including details of inquiries, comments, and actions taken
Requirements:
- Minimum of Associate’s Degree or equivalent with at least 1-3 years of experience in the field or in a related area
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and problem solving
- In-depth knowledge of products and services offered and familiar with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices, and procedures
- Multi-task oriented with attention to detail and accuracy
Desired skills/knowledge:
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of Internet
- Excellent speech clarity and negotiation skills
- A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected
- Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals

Lead Programmer

We seek a true professional who will be required to review, analyze, and modify programming systems including encoding, testing, debugging and documenting programs. The successful candidate will provide the highest service and provide insight into new technologies. Additionally, the candidate will actively work within the Loan Alliance team to grow the business as a whole.
Applicants must be self-motivated with the ability to provide top-notch service. The Lead Programmer will work in collaboration with various departments.
Responsibilities:
- Deal directly with Project Manager and Web Designer by telephone or email in accomplishing programming and system development goals
- Perform a variety of programming jobs and tasks on our network of sites in addition to providing consultation and working with team on complex projects
- Professional documentation of all work
Requirements:
- Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent with at least 1-3 years of experience in the field or in a related area
- In-depth knowledge of a variety of the coding concepts (.NET, C+ & SQL), practices, and procedures
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and problem solving
- Multi-task oriented with attention to detail and accuracy

Web Content Writer and Manager
Loan Alliance, Inc. is a Tennessee-based company offering innovative lead solutions to connect financial service providers with their unique target market. We are seeking a Web Content Writer and Manager to drive content strategy across multiple websites under the Loan Alliance brand.
We seek a true professional who can write engaging content and manage content strategy from a marketing and usability standpoint. Applicants must be self-motivated with the ability to keep projects moving in line with targeted completion dates.
The Web Content Writer and Manager will work in collaboration with the design and development teams to implement relevant content and content marketing strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all content across the Loan Alliance family of websites, including development, and review
- Develop compelling web content and provide content strategy and marketing guidance
- Manage content production schedules, editorial standards, and meet project requirements
- Update Social Media sites and Blogs with appropriate site-related content
- Coordinate with Project Manager and design and development teams to implement content ideas and assure technical feasibility
Requirements:.
- Bachelors Degree in English or Journalism or at least 2 years experience in an online marketing, web copywriting, and/or content management/strategy role
- Ability to write targeted, engaging, and conversion-driven content (portfolio of writing samples required)
- Solid knowledge of and experience with SEO best practices for content writing, as well as on-page optimization
- Prefer experience with email marketing and deliverability best practices (such as spam filtering and cross-platform rendering) & using RSS for content distribution/marketing
- Ability to communicate technical and non-technical information in a clear and concise manner
Desired skills/knowledge:
- Experience/familiarity with website usability best practices
- Basic knowledge of HTML
- Knowledge of or experience with social media marketing and blogs
