- Duplicate Leads: Several of your purchased leads identify the same prospective borrower who is requesting the same credit product.
- Incomplete or Incorrect Data: A lead does not include adequate or correct contact information, such as an incorrect telephone number, email address, etc.
- Invalid Lead: The lead was created by a person who can’t legally request credit, such as a minor or person with diminished mental capacity.
- Prohibited Lead: In compliance with the PATRIOT Act and OFAC regulations, the prospective borrower is included on the list of Blocked Persons, Specially Designated Nationals or Specially Designated Global Terrorists maintained by the Treasury Department’s Office of Foreign Asset Control or another similar list maintained by any federal, state or local governmental or law enforcement entities.
- False Identity: The prospective borrower applied under a false identity (e.g. Mickey Mouse or Donald Duck).
